Hikvision Under-Vehicle Surveillance System

Reveal Hidden Threats

In crowded airports, high-volume venues, large-scale activities, and other outdoor public places, criminals can use vehicles for nefarious purposes – hiding or smuggling illegal items, for example. As a result, video surveillance to inspect vehicle chassis has been incorporated into the most up-to-date security installations. In order to meet the needs of customers in diverse scenarios, Hikvision’s HikRobot Company has independently developed two types of Under-Vehicle Surveillance Systems (UVSS) – one fixed and one portable – that can accurately display an image of the underside of a moving vehicle, providing advanced, critical security.

Multiple modules combine to form each UVSS, making customization simple, and the professional, industrial-grade camera features high-definition imaging. Security personnel will love the robust search function, easily identifying vehicles by license plate number or time of day. Each system integrates seamlessly with Hikvision’s Security Platform to maximise information storage and build a complete security system.

Hikvision offers both fixed and portable installations. Intelligent construction enables easy installation and operation.

System Introduction

Fixed under vehicle screening system

The fixed UVSS model features the imaging portion of the ground and the electric control cabinet sections, designed for applications such as prison “mantraps” or interlocking door systems, border checkpoints, entrances, and more. This model provides a super-wide field angle and highly critical protection level.

Portable under vehicle screening system

Composed of ANPR camera, display equipment, and auxiliary control equipment, the portable UVSS model has been designed to secure public venues, hotel entrances, and other temporary vehicle chassis inspection needs. It features flexible usage, convenient transportation, and easy integratio

System Application

The system can be used as discrete vehicle chassis detection equipment, carrying out safety inspections on the underside of vehicles. It can also be integrated into existing import and export equipment for use in airports, harbours, and many other critical places.
