Hikvision's DarkFighterX series is based on the retinal imaging that eyes independently use to process colour and brightness. 70% of crimes happen at night. Hikvision strives to get ever more effective information about suspects and vehicles, such as: facial features, height and clothing colour of a suspect; and plate number, colour and brand of a vehicle. This series has innovative dual-sensor design, on sensor for IR imaging that gurantees image brightness, the other sensor for visible light that guarantees vivid colour. And then these are combines into one full-colour image.
